Required workforce privacy and security training for everyone who touches protected health information. Covers the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification and Enforcement Rules, what counts as PHI, minimum necessary, safeguards, incident reporting and penalties. Approximately one hour, followed by a 22-question assessment requiring 80% to pass.
